robbo :You can try try to bring some books (any sort of books), like econ, history, health, cook..etc.. Try to read before you take a nap..it helps you sleep...I dare say you will fall asleep by the text...within an hour...It helps in my case.The worst situation -> if you still cannot fall asleep..at least you have read a lot of books and full of knowledge[em17] |
